The issue was put together under the direction of Syniverse CMO Mary Clark, who took control of the topics covered in the issue’s leading feature articles. What was immediately clear was that Clark brought a real focus on the end user experience, focussing on the capabilities of networks and network operators to unlock the next level of user engagement on mobile.

Working for the first time with a Guest Editor has been an involving and illuminating experience, and has produced a great read and an issue with a different flavour and focus.
