The Mobile Network has launched its Mobile World Congress Resource Hub.
The Mobile World Congress Resource Hub offers a space for companies to tell their Mobile World Congress stories. As we get closer to Mobile World Congress, and then at and after the show, the Hub will build up a company’s story at the show, from press releases and coverage, from exclusively filmed video, and from a company’s social media interactions and presence. The result will be a new way to understand how featured companies fit into, and provide answers to, the key questions and topics being raised at Mobile World Congress 2016.
The first Company to begin telling its story through the Hub is XCellAir. XCellAir is building up a story of how operators and service providers can manage and optimise services that use unlicensed spectrum. As carrier-provided Wi-Fi increases in volume, and as cellular operators are considering how to add usage of unlicensed spectrum via technologies such as LWA, LAA and LTE-U, the ability to manage and optimise Wi-Fi access points at scale will be a critical enabler for operators looking to differentiate on the quality of experience they provide.
Check out XCellair’s Resource Hub page, which already carries a Q&A outlining how it plans to meet operator requirements for Wi-Fi and unlicensed spectrum at MWC, as well as new demo videos.
