Kontron at MWC16 Resource Page.
UPDATE: 29 February, 2016
Kontron’s web page is now fully equipped with Kontron’s NFV-SDN story, which is a story for carriers and developers. It tells, in video, text and pictures the story of how hyper-converged hardware and software, on a choice of architectures, can enable operators to deploy SDN and NFV.
At Mobile World Congress, Kontron told the story of how its converged hardware/software platforms can support and help operators as they move to SDN-NFV. In an exclusive Q&A Sven Freudenfeld, head of global business development for the company’s Telecom-Cloud Infrastructure unit, says: “We understand it has not been easy for CSPs to determine the best path to deploy SDN and NFV infrastructure.” Read more here.
Kontron makes that path easier with its converged infrastructure platform that combines both NFV and fully SDN-enabled NOS switching – interoperable with most SDN controllers (ODL, ONOS, Ryu) – all in the same compact enclosure.
If you want to understand more about the core, underlying platforms upon which the NFV and cloud-based networks of the future will be built, then keep track of this resource page, which will be updated with:
– Press releases and coverage
– Video interviews
– White papers and resources
